BRAVO 40: A Sailing Catamaran Redefined

Creating a Unique Blend of Innovation and Elegance

The BRAVO 40, designed by Adrian Bravo - Design Studio, is a revolutionary sailing catamaran that combines exceptional nautical properties with elegant aesthetics. Inspired by a lack of character and style in existing catamarans, Bravo set out to create a yacht that not only performs exceptionally but also turns heads with its sleek lines and attention to detail.

The BRAVO 40 stands out from other catamarans with its focus on providing a comfortable living space for the crew. The yacht features an abundance of windows that seamlessly connect the interior with the deck, allowing for breathtaking views from the living room. The innovative design strikes a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics, creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience for anyone on board.

With four double rooms and four bathrooms, as well as a spacious and comfortable lounge area, the BRAVO 40 offers ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The yacht's interior is finished with luxurious and practical solutions, including warm wenge wood elements on the walls and teak on the main deck.

One of the standout features of the BRAVO 40 is its striking three-color side design. This attention to detail adds a touch of uniqueness and sophistication to the yacht. Additionally, the yacht incorporates built-in solar panels on the roof, providing sustainable energy and reducing its environmental impact. All halyards are cleverly hidden inside the roof, ensuring a clean and uncluttered appearance.

The BRAVO 40 is constructed using a combination of fiberglass and carbon fiber, ensuring a lightweight yet sturdy build. The design team has paid meticulous attention to every detail, resulting in a yacht that not only performs exceptionally but also exudes elegance and style.

Technical specifications of the BRAVO 40 include a length overall of 11.86 meters, a beam overall of 7 meters, and an unloaded displacement of approximately 9000 kilograms. The yacht is powered by two 20 horsepower engines and offers various cabin configurations, including an owner's version with one suite and one bathroom, or a charter version with four double cabins and two or four bathrooms.

The BRAVO 40 is the result of extensive research and development, with Adrian Bravo engaging with clients and experienced sailors to understand their expectations and desires in a luxury catamaran. The design challenges of creating a spacious living area within a 40-foot length were overcome through innovative thinking and a commitment to pushing boundaries.

Adrian Bravo's BRAVO 40 has been recognized for its exceptional design, winning the Bronze A' Design Award in the Yacht and Marine Vessels Design category in 2017. This prestigious accolade celebrates the yacht's ingenuity, technical prowess, and contribution to improving the quality of life for its users.

With its unique blend of innovation, elegance, and functionality, the BRAVO 40 sets a new standard for sailing catamarans. Adrian Bravo's vision and attention to detail have resulted in a yacht that not only performs exceptionally but also captivates with its beauty and sophistication.
